· Identify, research, and qualify potential clients via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, databases, and online platforms.
· Capture demand/inquiries from all sources (web forms, inbound, outbound, partners, referrals, marketplaces like Microsoft AppSource).
· Evaluate and qualify leads as per defined criteria, establishing clear buyer/user personas.
· Manage licensing trials, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
· Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product & Finance) for smooth operations.
· Upsell and cross-sell additional services/solutions to existing accounts.
· Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and engagement history.
