Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (initially)

Language Known : English (verbal and written) Mandatory


Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Engage with provided leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain and track all sales activities through the Odoo CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with delivery, technical, and pre-sales teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
  • Support marketing efforts through campaign follow-ups and client engagement activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, client feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, manage account renewals, and handle client escalations effectively.
