Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer Summary: We are seeking a motivated QA Automation Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Additionally, the resource will be responsible for conducting functional testing to ensure the overall quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C# or Python or Javascript, hands-on experience with testing automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Katalon Studio, and proficiency in functional testing. Responsibilities: Develop and execute manual test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing using both manual and automated testing techniques. Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Participate in test planning and strategy discussions, including test scope, approach, and prioritization of testing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, review software designs, and provide feedback on potential quality issues. Document test results, including test execution status, defects found, and any relevant observations or recommendations. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance methodologies. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. Provide training and support to other team members on testing techniques, tools, and best practices as needed. Qualifications : Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (2 to 5 years) as a QA Automation Engineer. Should have the ability to self explore and learn any new tools or technologies if required. Proven experience in Test plans TestCases creation into different test case management tools - TestLink, Testrail, JIRA-Xray, etc. Working experience with programming/scripting languages: Java or Groovy or Python or Javascript or Typescript Should have working experience on at least one of the web UI automation tools: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Katalon Studio, Cypress, Playwright, and Protractor. Should have experience with BDD Testing frameworks : Cucumber, Karate, or Mocha (mandatory) Should have working experience on at least one of the API automation tools: Postman, Rest-Assured, JMeter, SOAP UI It is good to have knowledge or experience on Mobile automation tools: Appium or others It is good to have knowledge or experience with TestNG, NUnit, JUnit etc (not mandatory) Understanding of CI/CD environments and exposure to Test Automation Pipelines using YAML. Proven expertise with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Demonstrated success in email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. Excellent communication skills (US/UK English) both written and verbal. Strong understanding of outbound sales funnels, prospecting techniques, and lead nurturing. Ability to research companies, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach Strategies. Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working with measurable targets.
