Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Candidate Engagement:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and the process runs efficiently.

• Offer Management:

  Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• ATS Management:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Employer Branding:

  Contribute to initiatives that enhance our employer brand and attract a diverse pool of talent.

• Market Research:

  Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1-3 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

• Sourcing Skills:

  Demonstrated proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Naukri, etc.).

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.

• Interpersonal Skills:

  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.

• Organizational Skills:

  Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Problem-Solving:

  Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Team Player:

  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
