Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Delhi. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions. Other responsibilities include developing employer branding initiatives, maintaining candidate records, collaborating with hiring managers, and contributing to improving recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing practices, with an ability to assess candidates effectively
• Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques to enhance organizational appeal to prospective talent
• Strong Recruiting skills to manage and fill multiple open positions efficiently
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and hiring managers
