Role Overview: You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an international Pharmaceutical company based in UAE. Your main responsibilities will include managing talent sourcing channels, utilizing the company's ATS system, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, developing job offers, negotiating job offers, onboarding new joiners, updating job descriptions, and developing recruitment reports as requested by the Head of HR. Key Responsibilities: - Manage talent sourcing channels to post vacancies and source for qualified candidates. - Utilize the company's ATS system to manage vacancies, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates. - Review received applications against the job requirements and conduct initial screening calls to applicants. - Share shortlisted applications with the respective department and arrange interviews for selected candidates. - Develop job offers for selected candidates and obtain required approvals prior to releasing the offer. - Negotiate job offers and joining dates with candidates. - Continuously follow up with selected candidates throughout their notice period to ensure their joining. - Assist the respective Business Units in the onboarding process of new joiners. - Develop, maintain, and update job descriptions for all positions. - Develop recruitment-related reports as requested by the Head of HR. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field. - 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry. - Strong background and understanding of HR and recruitment practices and principles. - Strong working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Strong working experience with HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office applications. - Proficiency in the English language is a must.
