Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure quality and compliance. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards. Process purchase requisitions, prepare accurate purchase orders, and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery of goods. Manage and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with production planning to match supply with demand. Ensure that procured materials meet the stringent quality standards required for pharmaceutical products. Implement strategies for cost-effective procurement and track purchasing expenses to optimize budget and maximize ROI. Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, policies, and procedures. Liaise with other departments, including production, quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and finance, to understand needs and ensure smooth operations. The key responsibilities for this role include managing Talent sourcing channels to post vacancies and source for qualified candidates, utilizing the company's ATS system to manage vacancies and screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, reviewing received applications against the job requirements, sharing shortlisted applications with the respective department, arranging interviews for selected applications, developing the Job Offer for selected candidates, negotiating Job Offers and joining dates with candidates, continuously following up with selected candidates throughout their notice period, assisting the respective Business Units in the onboarding process of new joiners, developing, maintaining, and updating Job Descriptions for all positions, and developing Recruitment related reports as requested by the Head of HR. The client is looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, have 2+ years of relevant Recruitment experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry, possess a strong background and understanding of HR and Recruitment practices and principles, have strong working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), have strong working experience with HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office applications, and have proficiency in the English language. Responsibilities Flesh out details of roadmap items, including epics and user stories. Write detailed specifications and raise questions for the US team to ensure clarity and alignment. Perform "PO testing" and raise issues/questions as needed. Create and maintain user documentation. Maintain and manage Confluence pages to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project success. Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals. Assist in prioritizing the product backlog and defining sprint goals. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
