Talent Acquisition Specialist

The client is an international Pharmaceutical company with manufacturing plants across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Our client is currently looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate who will be based in UAE. The key responsibilities for this role include managing Talent sourcing channels to post vacancies and source for qualified candidates, utilizing the company's ATS system to manage vacancies and screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, reviewing received applications against the job requirements, sharing shortlisted applications with the respective department, arranging interviews for selected applications, developing the Job Offer for selected candidates, negotiating Job Offers and joining dates with candidates, continuously following up with selected candidates throughout their notice period, assisting the respective Business Units in the onboarding process of new joiners, developing, maintaining, and updating Job Descriptions for all positions, and developing Recruitment related reports as requested by the Head of HR. The client is looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field, have 2+ years of relevant Recruitment experience within the Pharmaceuticals industry, possess a strong background and understanding of HR and Recruitment practices and principles, have strong working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), have strong working experience with HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office applications, and have proficiency in the English language.
