Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Ahmedabad (HQ) Department: Accounts Experience: Minimum 01 year Reports To: Accounts Lead Salary : 2.5 - 3.5 LPA (Based on the Interview and Experience) Age : Between 22-35 years Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The role demands strong fundamentals, confidentiality, and ownership. Key Responsibilities — Accounts & Finance: Manage petty cash and maintain daily cash books. Prepare and post accounting vouchers/journal entries in Tally (or similar). Handle cheque preparation , bank transactions , and bank reconciliation . Perform GST/TDS data entry & reconciliation and assist in returns preparation. Prepare miscellaneous monthly MIS (expenses, payables, receivables summaries). Track and reconcile corporate credit card usage and statements. Maintain purchase requisitions , obtain quotes, and support cost-effective negotiations . Learn, maintain, and comply with ISO documentation relevant to finance. Ensure proper filing & record-keeping of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents. Competencies / Qualifications & Experience: Commerce graduate preferred; fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Analytical, structured , and detail-oriented with strong time management . Clear communication and interpersonal skills; team player with high integrity. Drive for results , ability to manage complexity , and ownership of outcomes. Role Overview As a Senior Executive Customer Support, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, driving platform adoption, managing escalations, and supporting internal teams. You will engage proactively with clients, ensure usage consistency, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Communication: Handle customer queries via email, phone, and chat with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Manage escalated cases and provide timely resolutions. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering a smooth support experience. Guide junior support executives whenever required. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting Resolve platform-related issues with a strong understanding of workflows and integrations. Document and track cases efficiently in CRM tools such as Zoho or Zendesk. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance platform stability. Proactively identify drops in usage, investigate root causes, and fix issues before they are escalated to management. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on support trends, recurring issues, customer feedback, and usage patterns. Maintain and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials. Training & Development: Continuously enhance product and domain knowledge. Train and assist junior executives or new joiners when required. Who Can Apply? Professionals with 1–4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or technology environments. Individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. Candidates experienced with CRM/helpdesk tools. Skills We’re Looking For Must-Have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in handling customer queries and escalations.
