About the Role:

Senior Business Development Executive – Digital Transformation



Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth Strategy:

Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities in digital transformation across key industry sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc.).

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level executives, technology decision-makers, and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their digital goals.

Market Research & Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and position the company as a digital innovation leader.

Proposal Development & Pitching:

Lead the end-to-end proposal process including RFP responses, solution design coordination, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.

Partnership Development:

Identify and collaborate with technology partners (cloud providers, SaaS vendors, systems integrators) to co-develop go-to-market strategies and integrated solutions.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects through CRM tools Track progress, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging, capabilities, and client expectations.



Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·        Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B or enterprise sales.

·        Deep understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, AI/ML, automation, analytics, ERP/CRM systems, and industry 4.0 solutions.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong strategic thinking, presentation skills, and ability to influence decision-makers.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.



Nice to Have:

·        Experience working with enterprise clients or large digital transformation projects.

·        Multilingual capabilities and PAN India sales experience is an added advantage.
