Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Work from Office Markets: PAN India & International Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–3 Years Salary (CTC): ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Industry: IT / SaaS / Technology / B2B Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is based in-office and involves handling domestic (PAN India) and international markets . The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales , lead generation, and client engagement in a tech or service-based environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification Identify potential clients across domestic and international markets using tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling. Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales or pre-sales teams. Client Communication Initiate and maintain professional relationships via email, phone, and video calls. Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Sales Support & Closure Assistance Share marketing collateral, pricing, and product information with prospects. Coordinate with senior sales managers to support closure of deals. CRM Management Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in CRM systems. Generate daily/weekly sales reports and updates for internal review. Market Research Keep abreast of trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities across different geographies. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or international sales. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Familiarity with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC (based on experience). Incentive-based earnings based on lead conversion and performance.
