Job Description

Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer Experience: 2 to 3 Years CTC: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. As a junior team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in improving user experiences and delivering aesthetically appealing interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, and senior designers to understand project requirements and user needs. Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile applications. Design high-quality UI components that follow modern design principles and brand guidelines. Conduct basic user research and usability testing to refine designs. Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills: 2 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or Adobe Creative Suite . Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Strong portfolio showcasing real-time project experience and design thinking. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Good to Have: Exposure to front-end development environments or tools. Understanding of accessibility standards and cross-platform design.
