About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can lead from the front-driving revenue, managing client-facing processes end-to-end, and guiding a small team while remaining hands-on with outreach, calling, and deal closures. This is a role for someone who blends leadership with execution and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor junior BDEs; monitor performance, targets, and pipeline quality. Oversee day-to-day BD operations for both in-house sales and client-side business development projects. Ensure team adherence to process, CRM hygiene, and outreach standards. Business Development & Client Acquisition Drive outbound calling as a core activity; lead by example with personal call volume and conversions. Conduct high-quality discovery calls, handle objections, and close deals. Generate and manage leads through digital channels, directories, platforms, and structured outreach. Represent the company in client meetings, pitches, exhibitions, and industry events. Frontline the BD process, from first touch to contract, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication. Marketing & Growth Enablement Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to accelerate content, research, and workflow efficiency. Analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance; prepare concise, actionable reports. CRM & Process Ownership Maintain accurate lead and pipeline tracking in CRM systems. Improve BD workflows and ensure consistent documentation and follow-up discipline. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, with strong cold-calling and closure skills. Proven ability to handle both individual execution and team oversight. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong command of LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
