Marketing Manager / Executive We are looking for a growth seeking, energetic individual, with the ability to handle multiple aspects of a growing organisation to join as a Marketing Manager / Executive. Experience - 4+ years Location - Mumbai, India Work Hours – 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM Workdays- Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (CTC) (We can consider incentives for the right candidate). As a Marketing Manager / Executive, at our company, you will be responsible for: · Implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms. · Registrations, communications, coordination through various E-Commerce platforms, online resources and portals for obtaining leads. · Contribute, create, coordinate and update for the marketing collaterals of the company. · Contribute, create and coordinate for content copywriting, marketing messages, graphic design, and video editing. · Contribute, create and coordinate for SEO and SEM management and optimization. · Contribute, create and coordinate to measure, analyze and report on marketing campaigns. · Create, develop, execute and maintain database and information on leads generation and marketing initiatives. · Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. · Management of social media, mail marketing, and influencer marketing activities. · Prepare required documentation as may be needed. · Distributing emails and other programs using external service providers. · Contribute with various research initiatives for client servicing as well as for company’s requirements. · Research, communicate and create options of freelancer experts / recruitment of team members / resources for the company’s requirements (Some HR / TA related activities as and when needed as the team is small at present). · Prepare and attend client meetings with senior team members. · Responsible for leads and client communications. · Travels possible (intra-city, national, international), if and when needed. · Attend events, seminars, webinars etc., for increasing of company’s relationships. · Be available and contribute in all possible ways for the further progress and success of the company. · Functional knowledge of AI tools and resources such as Chat GPT etc . Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field AND / OR 4+ years of experience in related fields such as, Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Creativity, Financial Strategy, Data Tracking, Written and Verbal Communication, Organisation, Planning, Research and Analysis, People Management, Leadership. · Strong analytical and interpretational skills. · Problem solving skills. · Creative mindset. · Strong understanding of major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn). · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. · Strong understanding of customer and market insights. · Proficiency in graphic design software. · Excellent Research skills. · High proficiency in online marketing tools
