Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Social Media Marketing & Management Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on agency experience, who can lead both in-house and client-facing digital initiatives. The top priority for this role is to strategically manage and grow the company's own social media presence and marketing efforts, followed by managing and servicing multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate must bring strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a working knowledge of AI-based content tools, and practical experience in SEO-driven digital strategies. This is both an execution and client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company’s in-house social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Plan and execute performance-focused marketing strategies for Cian Vision Technologies across digital channels
Manage multiple client social media accounts, ensuring consistent quality, tone, and measurable results
Collaborate with the internal team to develop content calendars, campaigns, and brand messaging for both in-house and client brands
Engage directly with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and marketing needs
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach, lead generation, and B2B content strategy
Create and curate content: reels, carousels, videos, captions, graphics, and stories in collaboration with the design team
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Lumen5, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance content production and efficiency
Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns, handling targeting, budgets, and performance reports
Implement SEO strategies within content to boost organic reach and discoverability
Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on analytics
Manage community engagement through comments, DMs, and social listening for both company and client accounts
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry best practices, and new digital trends
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
3–4 years of relevant experience in a social media or digital marketing agency
Proven experience managing brand-owned accounts and client campaigns simultaneously
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-powered social tools
Practical understanding of SEO, analytics, and cross-platform campaign strategies
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills — both creative and client-facing
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Strong sense of branding, design aesthetics, and platform-specific trends
Self-starter who can take ownership and drive initiatives independently
