Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
• Build a strong pipeline and ensure continuous prospecting activity.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Meet clients (B2B, B2C, Institutional, Corporate, Government) to understand requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Sales & Revenue Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Handle negotiations, closures, and follow-up for timely payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, CRM) for smooth order execution.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities.
• Provide insights to management for strategy development.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Update CRM regularly with lead status, follow-ups, and activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Maintain proper documentation of client communication and contracts.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Marketing for campaigns and lead generation.
• Coordinate with Projects/Engineering teams for feasibility and cost estimation.
• Manage customer expectations with timely communication and status updates.
