Senior Business Development Engineer

As a Business Development Manager in the manufacturing sector, your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and precision manufacturing. You will be responsible for generating leads, building a client pipeline, and preparing technical-commercial proposals. Your ability to understand customer requirements, interpret engineering drawings/BOMs, and provide technical support will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with various teams including Production, Design, R&D, and Quality to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery. Conducting market research to analyze trends, competitors, and diversification opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and CRM updates will be essential for success in this position. Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 4-5 years of prior experience in the manufacturing sector. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use CAD tools (basic level). - Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - High initiative, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset.,
