Safety, Environment and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff. Implement safety activities and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries & EMS 14001 Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to logistics and warehouse operations and ensure compliance. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to build a high-performing team. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics and warehouse department. Preferred candidate profile Any Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience 5-6 years experience in logistics, procurement and warehouse management, preferably from industrial background Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing. Knowledge in Customs duty & customs clearance documents. Knowledge in EPR, CBC, Advance license, DGFT. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS.
