Job Description

1.Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets such as automotive, aerospace, heavy engineering, and precision manufacturing.
  • Conduct lead generation through market intelligence, industry events, customer referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals that align with customer requirements.
  • Support pricing strategies by coordinating with costing and finance teams to ensure profitability.

2.Technical Sales Support:

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical needs, product specifications, and operational challenges.
  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production, design, R&D, and quality teams to assess project feasibility and delivery timelines.
  • Provide technical clarifications and conduct product/application demonstrations to customers.
  • Offer post-sales technical support during installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting phases.

3. Market Research & Strategic Planning:

  • Perform in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer requirements, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Identify diversification opportunities and niche markets for growth.
  • Recommend product modifications, customizations, or new product developments based on market feedback.
  • Assist in defining go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, procurement heads, and design engineers.
  • Ensure regular customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer data and sales activities in CRM systems and generate periodic reports.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and delays.

5. Internal Coordination:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Design, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of orders.
  • Lead regular internal review meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, customer concerns, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with customer requirements, regulatory norms, and internal quality systems.
