Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and research new business opportunities, potential clients, and markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, CRM updates, and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (3-5 years minimum preferred).
