Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain a compliant Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 standards Lead internal audits, facilitate third-party / customer audits, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities. Maintain and update quality manuals, SOPs, control plans, and other documentation. Establish and monitor in-process and final inspection criteria for MIM operations (molding, debinding, sintering, machining, etc.). Ensure quality control through first-piece inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection practices Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends, deviations, or quality issues. Manage customer complaints, warranty issues, and quality concerns; lead 8D, RCA, and CAPA activities. Coordinate PPAP/APQP activities and ensure timely submission of quality documentation. Monitor key quality KPIs: PPM, FTT (First Time Through), internal rejection rate, customer returns, and audit scores. Lead weekly and monthly quality review meetings and present performance reports to management. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, 7QC tools, etc. Define KRAs for team members, conduct performance evaluations, and build a high-performance quality culture.
