Market Research & Strategic Planning: Perform in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, customer requirements, and pricing benchmarks. Identify diversification opportunities and niche markets for growth. Recommend product modifications, customizations, or new product developments based on market feedback. Assist in defining go-to-market strategies for new product launches. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, procurement heads, and design engineers. Ensure regular customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution. Maintain customer data and sales activities in CRM systems and generate periodic reports. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and delays. 5. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Design, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of orders.
