Senior Business Development Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, aerospace, and precision manufacturing.
• Generate leads, build a client pipeline, and prepare technical-commercial proposals.
• Understand customer requirements, interpret engineering drawings/BOMs, and provide technical support.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, R&D, and Quality teams for project feasibility and delivery.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and diversification opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular follow-ups and CRM updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-5 Years of Prior experience in manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams, Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use CAD tools (basic level),
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and High initiative, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset.
