Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Marketing

Reports To: C-Level Executives

Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and oversight of our brand strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong brand equity, driving awareness and engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure our brand is clearly and powerfully represented in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business goals to enhance brand equity, positioning, and awareness.

Lead brand positioning, messaging, and architecture to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform branding decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling campaigns and storytelling that resonate with target audiences.

Oversee the visual identity and tone of voice across all brand materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage end-to-end brand campaigns, from concept through execution, monitoring performance and optimizing as needed.

Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and promotional events from a brand perspective.

Track and analyze key brand performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, perception, NPS, etc.) and provide strategic recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging branding techniques to keep the brand competitive and relevant.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.

10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in IT Services and Product.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic action.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

Proficient in brand strategy frameworks, consumer research, and digital branding.

Creative thinker with a passion for building and growing brands.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital marketing and brand performance analytics tools.

Understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design.

Prior experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
