🎯 Role Overview

As the Senior Brand Manager / Account Director, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and management of brand initiatives for a leading hygiene brand. You’ll be responsible for driving brand equity, consumer engagement, and market share growth through innovative campaigns and cross-functional leadership.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Define brand architecture, tone, and messaging across all touch-points.

• Marketing & Communication

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and PR.
• Oversee media planning, creative development, and agency coordination.

• Consumer Insights & Innovation

• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Drive product innovation and NPD (New Product Development) initiatives.

• Performance & Budget Management

• Manage brand P&L, marketing budgets, and ROI tracking.
• Set KPIs and monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
• Liaise with external partners including creative, media, and research agencies.
• Handling marketing budget.
