Strictly no freelancers. What You'll Do: Packaging & Print: Design packaging, in-store collaterals, and POS creatives that grab attention. Digital Magic: Create visuals for Instagram, YouTube, website, emailers, and ads that get people talking. Campaign Design: Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to bring bold ideas to life. Brand + Innovation: Keep designs consistent with our brand while experimenting with fresh creative approaches. File Discipline: Deliver clean, structured, production-ready design assets. Must have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva (bonus if you know Figma/After Effects). 0–3 years of design experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome). Eye for branding, typography, and visual storytelling. Curious, bold, and detail-oriented approach to design. A portfolio that shows off creativity and originality. Can illustrate, doodle, or animate. Have experience with AI design tools. Love working with lifestyle, food, or FMCG brands. Your major role will entail the following Distributor Management Responsible for appointment of Super Stockiest/Distributor. (Distribution Channel).Will be responsible for Primary Sales & Secondary Sales of the territory. Ensures proper communication of norms & monthly sales objectives to the Distributor Managing Ahmedabad market. Market Execution Understands and can drive secondary sales Handle beat/Route efficiently. Design & handle beats/Route to achieve better throughput per beat/Route Ensure effective merchandising Drive range selling Able to map & restructure town/territory accordingly to business requirements. Taps local events & opportunities for incremental business. Engage with KEY retailers Selling & Negotiation Interact with Distributor & retailers to inform about available SKUs, schemes & price points. Negotiates & modulates schemes etc. to suit the type of stake holder (A win-win situation). Able to effectively handle grievance, issues, and objections of Distributor & retailers on his own. Planning and Execution Identify growth drivers for business. Understands the given target, can break it down in weekly/daily numbers beat wise. Knowledge of brands, sales & distribution, local activities & schemes. Plan for achievement according to schemes planned, sales initiatives etc. Able to take measures & initiatives to accommodate misses, changes in market environment to achieve target. Achievement Orientation Experience: 2 – 4 years of sales experience in General trade, in Ahmedabad Candidates must have front Channel sales experience for at least 2yrs Experience in Chocolates or food industry only.
