Role Overview

We’re looking for a result-oriented and creative Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing who will lead campaigns focused on user acquisition through influencers across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and emerging short-video platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with influencer discovery, negotiation, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis with a keen eye for performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Discovery & Onboarding - Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across categories (finance, lifestyle, tech, fashion, etc.) who can drive quality users for CashKaro.

• Campaign Planning & Execution Content - Brief, and launch influencer campaigns aligned with user acquisition targets and core marketing KPIs (sign-ups, transactions, ROI).

• Performance-Driven Strategy - Ensure influencer campaigns are optimized for ROI and CAC. Monitor partner quality, audience overlap, and conversion impact.

• Negotiation & Collaboration - Handle negotiations, usage rights, barter vs paid decisions, and timelines with influencers, managers, and agencies.

• Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams Brand, Finance, Data, etc to ensure seamless campaign execution and tracking.

• Tracking, Reporting & Optimization - Maintain performance reports, analyze conversion funnels, and suggest improvements based on creator performance data.

• Trendspotting & Innovation - Stay on top of social media trends, new content formats, creator launches, and competitive brand moves.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably with a B2C brand, e-commerce, or performance-led product/app.
• Proven track record of running user acquisition-focused campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Solid understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-video platforms from a marketing and analytics lens.
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with a performance orientation you understand both brand building and conversion metrics.

Good to Have

• Prior experience with affiliate apps, fintech platforms, or ecommerce brands.
• Existing network of influencers in relevant verticals (finance, tech, lifestyle).
• Experience working with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Winkl, One Impression, Qoruz, etc.).
