    valuation reports and presentations

    for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with

    FEMA, SEBI, and Income Tax

    regulations.
  • Support transaction structuring with valuation inputs in pitch decks.
  • Strong background in

    valuation and financial modeling.

  • Hands-on experience

    in Valuation & Tax Advisory

  • Excellent skills in report writing & presentation

  • Awareness of compliance frameworks

    (FEMA, SEBI, Taxation)
