Description
You will be part of an interdisciplinary, architecture and urban design firm founded by Sonali and Manit Rastogi in 1996, Morphogenesis. Your role will involve: - Assisting in multiple aspects of client, project, and consultants coordination. - Managing client relationships and facilitating team communication. - Providing mentorship and leading technical educational programs for the office. - Participating in and leading team discussions on technical and project-related issues. - Having a comprehensive understanding of how Interiors engage with Faade and Landscape. - Ensuring that the project aligns with project/client vision, scope, design, and budget. - Resolving complex technical and design issues. - Offering design support and documentation during the completion and execution of design concepts. - Conducting site visits and ensuring proper documentation. - Processing submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, etc., during construction. - Interfacing with local building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases. - Participating in office culture and initiatives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. - 12+ years of relevant design experience in various typologies. - Strong design conceptualization and execution skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other advanced software. - Well-versed in architectural standards/processes and sustainability standards such as GRIHA, LEED, ECBC, WELL. - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. - Commitment to working with teams in an engaging and positive manner. - Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards. - Applications will not be considered without uploaded portfolio/work samples.
