Senior Area Manager – Infrastructure Sales

Identifies sales opportunities for selling full solutions by convincing all stakeholders in the decision chain (investors, engineers/ architects, contractors/ installers). Identifies project leads and converts the opportunity pipeline into a solution sell integrating one or several systems. When sold through distribution, liaises with the distribution sales team to support our partner convert the opportunity into a sell. Participates, negotiates and wins tenders based on early specification of our products, influencing the decision chain, building the internal logistic capabilities for efficient fulfilment.
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include majorstrategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. 

Has a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts; may help develop colleagues' understanding; may be recognized as an expert in one area. Works with complex or large territory/accounts, product/services, sales or account management processes; may serve as team lead. Has  authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms. Plans own territory or account approach and manages own resources.
