Job Description

BD is looking for Senior Area Sales Manager Hospital Sales to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals and healthcare providers.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
