Sales Trainee

Roles and Responsibility: Market Development: Understand the agricultural applications of building materials (e.g., irrigation systems, storage solutions, etc). Identify potential markets and customers, including farmers, distributors, and agribusinesses. Assist in promoting products tailored for agricultural needs. Sales Execution: Support sales activities by prospecting and generating leads in the agricultural sector. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and end customers in the agriculture domain. Address customer queries and provide basic technical support on product usage. Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services. Market Research and Analysis: Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the agriculture vertical. Share insights with the sales team to refine sales strategies.
