We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, visiting potential clients in the field, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves daily travel and on-ground customer interaction.
• Visit assigned territories to generate new business leads. • Pitch products to new customers/vendor. • Develop and maintain strong customer/vendor relationships to
ensure high retention.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Collect feedback from the field. • Ensure timely collection of payments.
• 1- 3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, Telecom, Newspaper,
or similar industries preferred).
• Graduate or equivalent (preferred). • Self-motivated and target-driven. • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area. • Basic understanding of Excel and mobile apps for reporting. • Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).
