Job Description

We have opening for the counsellors , who will typically be responsible for communicating with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth student connect and sales process. The role includes but is not limited: • Responsible for making/taking calls and regular follow ups for student engagement and sales conversion. Converting negative leads into positive leads through a series of interactions (call/WhatsApp/emails). • Providing in-depth product information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat. • To update the details pertaining to lead discussions real-time on CRMs. • Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments. • Responsible for student engagement, providing timely support and information to the student/ parents. • Responsible for providing post sales services to the enrolled student, understand, coordinate and address any parent/students pending service issue to increase the customer satisfaction. • To demonstrate a familiarity with available sales process, tools, data management and the ways in which it can support the counselling process Qualifications- 1+years of experience in tele calling. Team type- Sales/service. Industry preference Education / Teaching/ Training/ BPO/ Ecommerce. Minimum Bachelors degree Key Skills • Clear and effective Communication, presentation and persuasion skills with active listening • Interpersonal skills: Excellent stakeholder management • Self-Management skills: Self-motivated, enthusiastic and carries a positive attitude • Data analysis & prioritization skills • Experience is using data entry / ERP software
