Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Healthcare / RCM / Medical Billing domain
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in US Healthcare
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes (RCM, Medical Billing, AR, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
