Job Description

WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND MOTIVATED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN FURNISHING FIRM TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and Develop Business Opportunities: Research and connect with potential clients in the wallcoverings, flooring, and interior furnishing industry through networking, cold outreach, and market analysis.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through various channels,including online research,networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and corporate clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy Execution: Develop and implement B2B and B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the interior solutions sector.
  • Industry & Market Analysis: Stay updated on interior design trends, material innovations, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients while ensuring company profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, procurement, and project teams to align business goals, develop promotional strategies, and optimize product offerings.
  • Product and Service Improvement: Gather client feedback to suggest improvements for wallcoverings, flooring, and interior furnishing solutions, ensuring Zebra lines remains competitive in the market.
  • Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales(preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport and effectively present solutions to clients.
  • Self-motivated,goal oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
