Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive

  SEO strategies

  aligned with business and client goals (B2B & B2C).
• Drive

  organic traffic growth

  , improve

  SERP rankings

  , and enhance overall site visibility.
• Plan and manage

  local, national, and international SEO strategies

  , including hreflang, localization, and country-specific domains.
• Collaborate with

  PPC teams

  to align organic and paid search strategies.

Technical SEO

• Conduct in-depth

  technical SEO audits

  and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, and site architecture.
• Optimize

  Core Web Vitals

  , page speed, and mobile-first indexing.
• Implement and manage

  structured data (schema markup)

  .
• Work closely with developers on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento).

Content & On-Page SEO

• Lead

  keyword research

  , topic clustering, and SEO-driven content strategies.
• Collaborate with content writers to create and optimize SEO-friendly content.
• Ensure adherence to

  Google E-E-A-T

  and quality guidelines.
• Optimize existing content for improved rankings and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using

  GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge

  , etc.
• Build

  custom dashboards and reports

  using Google Data Studio and BI tools.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present results to stakeholders.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO analysts, specialists, and content writers.
• Manage projects using tools like

  Jira

  and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with

  content, PPC, social media, and development teams

  .
• Present SEO strategies, performance reports, and insights to senior management and clients.

Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure compliance with

  GDPR and privacy regulations

  impacting SEO and analytics.
• Implement SEO security best practices to prevent penalties and negative SEO.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience

  (technical + content SEO).

• 3+ years of leadership experience

  managing SEO or digital marketing teams.
• Strong experience with

  B2B & B2C SEO

  across multiple industries.
• Proven success in managing

  large-scale websites

  and international SEO projects.
• Hands-on experience with

  US-based clients

  .
• Strong understanding of

  mobile SEO

  , link-building, and outreach campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Google Analytics Certification
• Google Ads Certification
