Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and mentor the SEO team for smooth execution of projects.
  
• Develop and implement

  On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

  strategies for multiple international clients.
• Conduct SEO audits and identify technical issues, content gaps and optimization opportunities.
  
• Track rankings and performance using various SEO tools, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis and site structure improvements.
  
• Manage link-building activities and outreach campaigns for high-quality backlinks.
  
• Coordinate with content writers, designers and developers to ensure SEO alignment.
  
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management and clients.
  
• Ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves project goals.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience

  (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling / SEO leadership role.

• In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms, search engine trends and best SEO practices.
  
• Expertise in tools like

  Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent English communication skills verbal & written.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
