As a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect in the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with end-to-end solutions for ERP assessment requests and business process redesign based on customer requirements. Your responsibilities will also include driving enterprise business, application, and integration architecture, as well as mentoring and developing team members. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect, supporting clients with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal or ERP assessment requests. - Design new business processes based on customer requirements, scoping, and explaining business benefits and use cases. - Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems across SAP S4 Hana ERP landscape. - Drive enterprise business, application, and integration architecture. - Assist clients in building capabilities for growth and innovation. - Support business development activities, proposal generation, and shaping solution plans for SAP transformations. - Develop offerings and assets, participate in pre-sales activities, and mentor and develop team members. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier-1 institute. - Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ERP with a minimum of 2 S/4 HANA implementation/transformation projects as a Solution Architect or Offshore lead. - Deep domain expertise in Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom. - Proven track record in understanding key value drivers of a business and technology trends across IT and digital. - Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA core functionalities, business blueprint, and greenfield implementation. - Expertise in Order to Cash, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and cross-functional integration. - Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP Public Cloud or SaaS offerings. - Experience in large-scale transformation and migration of SAP ECC and legacy ERPs to SAP S/4 HANA. - Understanding of SAP integration approaches and methods such as SAP PI and SAP Leonardo platform. - Expertise in creating business cases, functional prototypes, and utilizing components from SAP Activate methodology. - Good analytical and assessment skills in driving discovery workshops, performing AS-IS assessment, and providing TO-BE design suggestions.
