Job Description

Position Summary: As an SAP Specialized Recruiter, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment of SAP professionals across multiple geographies and industries. You will partner with key business stakeholders to understand demand, drive sourcing strategies, and deliver top SAP talent to meet both project and practice growth objectives Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP roles across core modules (S/4HANA, BTP, FICO, SD) and supporting functions (technical,functional, integration). • Partner closely with business stakeholders, SAP Practice Heads, and Delivery Managers to define talent needs and hiring priorities. • Proactively source candidates using a mix of channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, SAP professional networks, referrals, and talent communities. • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority SAP skill areas. • Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate technical/functional alignment, and assess cultural fit. • Manage offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding in collaboration with HR and Delivery. • Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Build relationships with SAP professionals across markets to create sustainable talent networks. • Stay updated on SAP market trends, certifications, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. • 4–8 years of experience in SAP recruitment (in-house or agency), with a proven track record of hiring across S/4HANA, BTP, FICO, SD, and related roles. • Solid understanding of SAP architecture, key modules, and talent landscape. • Experience hiring for both permanent and contract/project-based roles. • Proven expertise in international hiring across markets (India, Europe, US, Middle East, APAC). • Strong sourcing skills leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche SAP job boards, and networks. • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. • Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously. • High degree of ownership, agility, and attention to detail. • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment analytics. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience supporting cross-industry SAP hiring (manufacturing, automotive, BFSI, consumer goods, energy, etc.). • Exposure to niche areas within SAP BTP, SAP AI/ML integrations, or emerging technologies. • Experience working with SAP partners and global delivery models (onshore/offshore/hybrid). Additional Responsibilities: • Apply due diligence in validating the authenticity of candidate profiles thorough reference checks, employment verification, and technical evaluation in coordination with delivery leads and SMEs. • Detect and manage risks related to fake profiles, inflated resumes, and proxy interview attempts. • Leverage industry best practices and internal processes to ensure a high-quality and genuine SAP talent pipeline Show more Show less
