Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various SAP positions (functional, technical, techno-functional, consultants, developers, architects, project managers, etc.). Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring panels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of SAP professionals for current and future requirements. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks within the SAP domain. Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and compliance with company policies Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on SAP hiring. Strong understanding of SAP modules (SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4 HANA, etc.). Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job boards. Strong networking abilities and knowledge of headhunting techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
