Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled SAP Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP modules, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various SAP (technical & functional) roles

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and clients

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs

Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to understand hiring requirements

Manage the offer process and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP recruitment

Strong knowledge of SAP modules like FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must be available to work onsite in Pune
