Keyush Consullting India Pvt. Ltd is a leading SAP and IT consulting firm, providing innovative solutions to clients globally. We are expanding our talent acquisition team and looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter to join our Mumbai office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven SAP Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for SAP and IT-related roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP and IT positions (MM, SD, FICO, ABAP, BASIS, HCM, etc.)
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  
• Create and publish job descriptions on various job portals and social media
  
• Source and screen potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases
  
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates fit and availability
  
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interviewers
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process
  
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards regularly
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in SAP or IT recruitment
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and related skill sets
  
• Proficient in sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
  
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with consulting or IT services companies
  
• Familiarity with recruitment ATS/CRM tools
  
• Understanding of SAP project cycles and contract staffing
