Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP Recruiter based in Noida. The SAP Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified professionals for SAP-related roles. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, consulting with stakeholders, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers. Collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes is also integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Experience in IT Recruitment and strong knowledge of consulting practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes
• Experience with SAP or knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
