Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician – Machine Shop Location: Bhopal Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years Education: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering OR ITI in Electrician Trade Job Role and Responsibilities: Machine Shop Maintenance Perform regular and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, SPM, and Grinding Machines Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in machine tools Technical Competence In-depth knowledge and practical skills in electrical troubleshooting of precision machinery Identify, inspect, and replace Servo Motors, Servo Drives, and Batteries Conduct insulation resistance testing using Megger Automation and Controls Basic understanding of PLC IO systems and logic Capable of handling ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) and APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) recovery processes Maintenance Methodologies Execute and document maintenance tasks under Preventive Maintenance (PM) Time-Based Maintenance (TBM) Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) Predictive Maintenance (PDM) Breakdown Maintenance (BD) Benefits: Transport Facility Subsidized Canteen Medical Insurance Coverage Show more Show less
