Job Title: Facade Execution Engineer Location: Mumbai Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Execution Engineer to oversee the installation and execution of façade systems on construction sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure the façade installation is in accordance with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage façade installation activities on-site, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and safety standards.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve execution-related issues.Review and interpret shop drawings, installation methodologies, and material submittals.Ensure proper sequencing of façade works to align with the overall construction schedule.Perform quality inspections and implement corrective measures for any non-conformities.Monitor material deliveries and site logistics related to façade components.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain comprehensive site documentation.Support in testing and commissioning of façade systems, including water and air infiltration, thermal performance, and structural integrity.Enforce site safety and environmental regulations relevant to façade activities.Provide technical input and solutions during site execution challenges. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in façade engineering, with a focus on execution/site management.Strong knowledge of façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and structural supports.Familiarity with international façade standards and local building codes.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit is a plus.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working on high-rise or complex building projects.Membership or certification from a recognized engineering or façade-related institution.Knowledge of sustainability standards related to façade performance (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
