About the Role

Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new enterprise business opportunities across verticals like BFSI, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
• Own the complete sales cycle – lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Consult with prospects to understand their infrastructure and data center needs and position solutions accordingly.
• Build a strong sales pipeline using direct channels, partnerships, and account-based marketing.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through high-value enterprise deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Solutions, Legal, Operations, Finance) for proposal creation and delivery.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums in the region.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business. MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in

  data center, colocation, cloud, or IT infrastructure

  sales.
• Strong client relationships in the Tamil Nadu / South India enterprise market.
• Understanding of hybrid IT, colocation, cloud computing, and managed services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, with a hunter mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
