Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Facing PR & Events:

• Plan, anchor, and manage

  client workshops, city meetups, and CX forums

• Craft and deliver

  talk tracks, event content, and presentations

• Professionally represent CtrlS at

  public-facing engagements and media interactions

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate across

  sales, CX, marketing, and leadership

  to ensure event success
• Drive

  speaker alignment, leadership participation

  , and event debriefs
• Create structured

  feedback loops and reporting

  for continuous improvement

Brand & Communication Support:

• Work with the

  marketing team and PR partners

  to amplify event narratives
• Draft

  event invites, communication material, and post-event visibility campaigns

• Support overall

  CX positioning and brand storytelling

  for CtrlS and Cloud4C

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate

  in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Event Management

• 6+ years of experience

  in client-facing events, PR, or corporate communication roles
• Proven ability to

  host events and engage senior audiences with confidence

• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  with strong storytelling ability
• Strong in

  coordination, follow-ups, and stakeholder relationship management

• Skilled in tools like

  PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and event/project platforms

Good to Have:

• Background in

  technology, IT, or SaaS sectors

• Exposure to

  CX and tier-based customer engagement programs

• Familiarity with

  corporate brand tone and internal communications

• Ability to

  manage multiple high-visibility programs

  under tight timelines
