optimise Job Description Location: Pune Experience: Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role Industry Exposure (Preferred): Fintech, Automobiles, Kitchen Appliances Agency Type: Hybrid marketing & advertising agency (Mainline + Digital/Performance) About the Role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager who can seamlessly manage integrated brand mandates. You should be equally comfortable discussing TVCs and print layouts as you are evaluating digital performance dashboards. This role requires someone who thrives on managing clients, leading internal teams, and integrating creative and performance-driven thinking. Key Responsibilities Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients; build strong, consultative client relationships. Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable briefs across mainline and digital. Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports with confidence and clarity. Integrated Campaign Leadership Oversee development and execution of campaigns across: Mainline: TV, Print, OOH, Radio Digital: Social content, paid media, performance marketing, website assets Ensure timely delivery of all creative and media outputs. Review and quality-check all deliverables before they go to the client. Performance & Analytics Coordinate with the performance marketing team to track KPIs and optimise campaigns. Review and interpret analytics dashboards to advise clients on next steps. Ensure alignment between brand objectives and performance outcomes. Project & Team Coordination Work closely with creative, strategy, media planning, and production teams. Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional responsibilities. Troubleshoot issues proactively and keep projects running smoothly. Business & Financial Oversight Support in budgeting, billing, and cost estimates. Identify opportunities for upselling or extending the scope of work. Requirements Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in an advertising, digital, or hybrid marketing agency. Strong understanding of both mainline advertising and digital/performance ecosystems . Exposure to multiple industry sectors is an added advantage Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask. A proactive problem-solver with a high sense of ownership. Ability to manage creative as well as data-driven conversations.
