About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, a proven track record in property sales, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential and commercial projects

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners

- Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies

- Ensure accurate documentation and legal compliance for all transactions

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities

- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing funnels, and local property laws

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
