Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager / AVP Procurement

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and procurement for non-IT categories in large-scale datacenter projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and vendor compliance across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The work locations for this role are Hyderabad & Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include driving procurement for various non-IT categories such as civil works, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical equipment, building materials, and facility services. You will be tasked with developing sourcing strategies, maintaining a robust vendor base, floating RFQs/RFPs, evaluating bids, and finalizing purchase orders/contracts. It will be crucial for you to ensure that all procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets. You will also collaborate closely with project, engineering, and operations teams to finalize requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking vendor performance, maintaining records, ensuring contractual compliance, and staying updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier capabilities. Adherence to company procurement policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements will be essential. Furthermore, supporting procurement reporting and maintaining accurate documentation in ERP systems will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management and have 8-20 years of procurement experience in datacenters, commercial buildings, or large infrastructure projects. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills are required, along with familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office tools. Knowledge of taxation, import procedures, and contract management will be considered a plus. In terms of soft skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment are essential for success in this role.,
